On her seventh year, however, she was reported being missing after discovering more about her abilities. Subject had been a runaway ever since. Subject appeared to be modest and simple. Her hair-style either loose or pigtails, and often seen wearing a dull-colored clothing, consisting shirt and plaid skirt. She tends to bring a bag consisting life supply. Briefly said, she doesn't have the most striking appearance.

TRAITS
We can say subject has the personality of ten years old or younger. She looks distant at first since she rarely displays any emotion on her face, but as time goes by, you'll realized she expressed her feeling rather easily. She gets happy to the smallest thing and always eager to learn. It said by several of our people that subject has the innocence of a child, and the heart of cotton candy. She can be quite rebellious, but most of the time she stays obedient to rules and norms.
However, subject tends to be clueless to her surrounding. She can be too nice, especially at helping people. She countlessly help people cleaning without any reward that it frustrated us. Subject also thinks lowly of herself. This led her to be indecisive and lack of self esteem. Moreover, she has a hard time to trust people, thus she remained her life avoiding society and prefers to be alone.
HABITS
Subject shows an addictive behaviour towards carbonated drinks. Her favourite one is melon-flavored, while the least is strawberry-flavored.When being in a stressful situation, subjects tends to chew the inside of her mouth.Subject talks in slow manner. FROM OUR LONG AND CONTINUOUS OBSERVATION, SUBJECT IS ABLE TO:
PERFORM A HIGH-LEVEL TELEKINESIS. She often seen lifting, moving, crushing various objects in the same time without touching it or even moving. She once lifted an electrical tower with perfect ease. However, our subject prefers the term cleaning, as she used this ability mostly for cleaning purposes.LANDFILLS. This is probably the power that made our subject claimed the title ultimate cleaning service. This ability allow her to snap every mess into nothingness. She also can open a 'gate' to another dimension to throw the unnecessary trashes. Our scientist said this dimension are completely filled with fire, thus we called it inferno. Every thing she throws inside the inferno are reported never come back. Please be cautious to not be nearby when she uses this.RESTORATION. Subject is well-known to be able to restore or fix something, whether it's as simple as a broken furniture or restoring a whole ecosystem.COMMUNICATE WITH SURROUNDING OBJECTS. As odd as it may sound, she can speak to the objects. It's almost like she understand them. The things work for her. Even if she doesn't use her 'cleaning' ability, sometimes the objects will move by their own to protect her if subject faced with endangering situation (like when subject is in her lethargy mode). This is verified by several of our field agents.REARRANGE. Subject notable for being easily rearrange human buildings like roads and houses as if she's playing a real time Sims building. Some of us believe that in her highest potential, she can rearrange a whole country.PURIFYING. A single touch from her apparently can purify a medium-sized lake. From our latest study, her presence alone cleans the air surround her for 15 meter radius.What's even interesting is her body. According to our experts, HER BODY IS HIGHLY IMMUNE since her body have a self-cleaning protocol. She is immune to toxin, drugs, alcohol, paralysis, virus, harmful bacteria, or sickness in general. WEAKNESSES
Subject may have powerful abilities, but it comes with a side effect. We called it LETHARGY. The name itself self explanatory; this is the state where she has little to none energy left, leading her unable to use her power properly — the only way to restore her power is by sleep. Being in this state means she would hibernating until her energy restored. She recorded being completely dormant for five days after cleaning a small town nonstop. We still not sure about the precise calculation, but we know that she will be in 'lethargy mode' if she used her power too often in a short time. Other than lethargy, subject can also suffer a massive nosebleed and or headache. Further research will be conducted.Subject shows a huge disliking towards thunderous noises, mostly because of the excessive explosives that had been used by the enemy party to catch her. It can cause her to freeze in spot, or worse, panic attack.Subject can't rearrange nature, weather wise. So she still can get hurt badly from heavy rain or any other natural disaster.subject doesn't have any special training in combat. Thus any kind of physical threat is effective to take her down. A close-range combat will be a great disadvantage.Her immunity apparently can be a double edged sword as she happened to be immune to some of medicine. Her body automatically decline any outside medication, thus it made her healing progression a little bit slower than other people.Our research is not done. ADDITIONAL
Despite subject 00 is known for being harmless, an attack or ambush without calculated move and right procedure will lead to destruction. A high pressure on subject may lead into meltdown and then an energy outburst. Her first outburst happened in 2010; a group of trained army from Ministry of Australia had been completely annihilated on a mission to capture her. A person who support our subject financially; acting as if he is some kind of her guardian angel. Our subject called him 'Mr. Patron' since he refused to tell our subject his identity — it said he works in the enemy party, thus it safer for him to be anonymous. Even though he seems neutral and trusted by our subject, we believe he has double intentions in helping her. Further investigation has been conducted to make sure of our suspicion. We suspect the mysterious funder is Dr. Abraham Kristoff from Institute for Defense Analyses (IDA) that based in the United States of america. Future edit will be issued if it's needed.

A sniper that is hired by patron to take care of subject's being. Appear as rude and shady, but somehow decent enough to babysit (with several notes). He can be gentle and caring to our surprise. Although his true identity worried us, he is approved to be capable enough to protect subject from her pursuers. There's something about him that we can't quite tell, but our subject seemed to grow her liking towards him more and more. She trust him, though still in a degree where she Hesitates to tell him everything. We start to think maybe he's not a threat, but we will still put our eyes on him.
